Credit cards that offer rewards for popular streaming services like Netflix and Hulu have been turning up more and more.
Between Disney’s new Marvel and Star Wars lineups, HBO’s box office movie deals, Amazon’s Lord of the Rings series, and the slew of series and movies Netflix has been churning out, it’s safe to say the age of streaming is in full swing. But unfortunately, each one requires its own subscription plan. Meaning another monthly charge withdrawn from your bank account.
If you are (for better or worse) a fan of all of this new content, your monthly bill is probably getting a little higher than you’d like. With the cards compiled here, you could get a little money back for your binge-watching habits.

What streaming services are eligible?
Eligible streaming services usually include, but may not be limited to the following.
To find which services are eligible for your credit card, you can check the card issuer’s website, read the terms that came with your card or contact customer support.
Best for Highest Reward Rate
Blue Cash Preferred® Card from American Express
The Blue Cash Preferred® Card from American Express offers the highest cash back rate for streaming services of any card.
And while it does have an annual fee, its other bonus categories do a good job of covering for it. Between the rewards you’ll earn from streaming, U.S. supermarket purchases and U.S. gas station purchases, you should be able to cover it pretty easily. Redeem that cash back for statement credits and you’ll likely barely notice that fee.
Even if you have just two streaming services that sit around $15 per month for a total of $30, you’d get $1.80 back in your pocket. Now that may not seem like much, but over the course of a year that adds up to $21.60, which covers almost a month of subscriptions. And if you, like me, have more than just two streaming subscriptions, you’ll get even more back.

The Chase Freedom Flex℠ is one of the most rewarding and versatile cards around, all for no annual fee. It features both static and rotating rewards.
Every quarter you’ll get a new selection of 5% cash back reward categories. They cover a wide array of purchases, which can occasionally include select streaming services. This can be a very rewarding card for streaming, when that category becomes available. Outside those three months, however, you’ll only earn 1% cash back for your streams.

Best for Streaming Benefits
U.S. Bank Altitude® Go Visa Signature® Card
The U.S. Bank Altitude® Go Visa Signature® Card has a pretty rare perk for a no-annual-fee credit card.
Once a year you’ll get a $15 credit you can put towards your streaming service bill. You’ll need to use your card to pay for a streaming service for 11 consecutive months in order to qualify. But once you hit that mark, you’ll have $15 less to worry about. It’s a unique aspect to a pretty solid (literally, this card is metal!) credit card.
In addition to the annual streaming credit, you’ll earn 2X points per dollar on eligible streaming services. Your points are worth 1 cent, so that works out to a 2% cash back equivalent. If your streaming bill is $30, that means you’d earn $7.20 for the whole year. That would increase to $22.20 once you factor in the annual streaming credit.
The U.S. Bank Altitude Go is a Visa Signature card, so it’ll likely come with a selection of shopping and travel protections among other perks. However, U.S. Bank doesn’t specifically tell you what those will be. Below is a list of the benefits we can say for sure will come with your card. For the others, you’ll need to check your Guide to Benefits that comes with your card.
